The best way to camp!!

So I was getting jealous of seeing and hearing of everyone around me planning and going on camping trips. Well with a husband like mine I knew it would be a miracle if I could get him to join in the disappointment of not participating. So I decided to do the next best thing, Camp in my own back yard. I have to say it was a lot of fun. The kids did a skit (on the trampoline). I even made us a fire pit to cook marshmallows and hot dogs. It wasn't so bad, sleeping on a nice level grassy area, having indoor plumping within a few feet and clean up was quick and easy. Hey we even had that campfire smell the next day. I am now content about our summer camping trip and I have proof to show that we did indeed go camping this year!

You crack me up! That song...also why do I have to go and endure rain, mesquitoes, & long walks to a "reeking" public bathroom, when you had as much fun in your own backyard? How fun! I too would like to learn how to make videos...Can you be my friend?

How fun! Wish I could do that, but it's kinda hard with just a little strip of grass!
